Kaitlyn Lawrence 's Tips On A Perfect Interview

Interviews can be an extremely stressful and important part of trying to get a job that you desire. Since, it can be very tricky I have looked around and compiled some of the best advice about interviews that I could find.

  • Look professional but, also dress for the job in which you are interested in

  • Make sure to stay positive and remember to make good eye contact

  • Do not be afraid to ask questions at the end of the interview because it shows you are interested

  • If you are asked a question do not be afraid to take a second to think about it and then answer. A lot of people will start speaking automatically and end up rambling.

  • Do not be afraid to talk about your achievements. You are there to talk about yourself and should not feel bad about telling them the great things you have done.

  • Be sure to follow up and thank them for their time
So, next time when you are going in for an interview remember these tips and hopefully it will help .

  1. Kaitlyn, nice job with the post. I really like the picture. It made me giggle. Also, that link was hilarious! I always love things that pop out at me so that it isn't boring and the link definitely added on to that. It is a shame that people have to go through that but… at least it supplies us with good laughs! Just one little suggestion, be careful with fitting in a picture with text. Sometimes it messes up the text because it wants to fit in like it did with "look." Other than that, great job. I love the lime green text… I was actually going to use it!

  4. I really like your interview tips. I will be sure to use them on my next interview. Your tondoo was really funny. I liked how you put the link in the post. That provided a little humor to a serious subject. Also good thinking about adding color to your post, I could not figure out how to do that. It made it stand out for the reader.
